POSITION CONTENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
After an intensive training period you are responsible, as a project manager within the Operations team, for the complete development and implementation of projects with the key accounts, where you directly report to the Director of Operations. Your versatile task package includes, among other things:
A. Analysing, evaluating and defining the technical specifications of projects with the customer, and consulting with the internal technical staff.
B. Setting up of the planning for the implementation, in close collaboration with the customer and your colleagues.
C. Coordinating the activities and using the necessary resources in order to guarantee a qualitative delivery.
D. Monitoring the budgets and being responsible for the subsequent calculation and invoicing of the projects.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. You have preferably at least a successful 5 years experience with similar tasks such as described above.
2. You have an education in IT or electronics at an engineer’s level with a thorough knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server and networking. Knowledge of telecom is a plus (SS7, SIP, VoIP).
3. Experience in technical project management and use of project management tools are recommended.
4. You like to work as part of a team and have the ability to easily assess situations.
5. Organisationally you are strong and you are result-oriented and immune to stress.
6. You are fluent in your use of the English language, both in written and spoken form.

FUNCTIE INHOUD & VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
U bent als Project Manager binnen het Operations team verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitwerking en implementatie van projecten bij onze klanten, waarbij u rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de Director Operations. Tot uw veelzijdig takenpakket behoren o.a. :
A. Analyseren, evalueren en definiëren van de technische specificaties van projecten bij de klant en terugkoppelen naar de interne technische staf.
B. Opstellen van de planning voor de implementatie, in nauw overleg met de klant en uw collega’s.
C. Coördineren van de werkzaamheden en de nodige resources inzetten, om een kwaliteitsvolle oplevering te garanderen.
D. Toekijken op de budgetten en instaan voor de nacalculatie en facturatie van de projecten.
GEWENSTE KWALIFICATIES
1. U heeft minimaal 5 jaar succesvolle ervaring met soortgelijke taken en verantwoordelijkheden zoals hierboven omschreven van A t/m D.
2. U heeft een informatica- of electronicaopleiding genoten op ingenieursniveau, maar geeft vooral blijk van een grondige kennis van Windows 200x Server, SQL Server en networking. Kennis van telecom is een pluspunt ( SS7, SIP, VoIP )
3. Ervaring in technisch projectmanagement en gebruik van projectmanagement tools strekt tot aanbeveling
4. U werkt graag op een coördinerende manier en geeft blijk van een groot inlevingsvermogen
5. Organisatorisch staat u sterk en bent resultaatgericht en stressbestendig
6. U heeft een zeer goede kennis van de Engelse taal, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
