Chris Ogle Chief Financial Officer
Chris Ogle is an astute finance professional with nearly two decades’ experience managing the diverse financial requirements of both emerging and publicly listed media and technology companies.
Most recently, Chris was Group Finance Director and Company Secretary for AIM-listed software solutions provider, Flomerics Group plc. During his eight-year tenure, he managed two significant acquisitions for the Company as well as a major round of fundraising.
Between 1990 and 1998, Chris held several senior finance roles within the entertainment and media group, Telstar, including Deputy Group Finance Director and Company Secretary. While there, he also held the position of General Manager and Finance Director of the Group’s Computer Games subsidiary, Telstar Electronic Studios Limited.
Chris has also held the position of Group Management Accountant at global marketing and advertising leader WPP Group plc. He began his career as an Audit and Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Durham University.
