The Challenge:The cable operator required a post-paid solution for an internal reseller as well as a digital voice-over-broadband ISDN solution including provisioning, call monitoring and service assurance.
The Solution:Artilium delivered with a multi-reseller, multi-layered platform solution providing an interface between the internal users and the network and enabling CPS calls, two-stage dialling, VoDSL integration with a Class 5 softswitch, post-paid rating and billing, multi-level sales management and OSS/ BSS.

Alternative Pan-European Broadband Provider
The Challenge:The operator had disparate systems using different directories which couldn’t guarantee easy provisioning, self-care and user management. In addition, the company needed to ensure that their customers could reach the correct dispatch centre when they dialled 911.
The Solution:Artilium delivered an OSS/BSS solution for the company’s VoIP and VoDSL environments, connecting different systems and directories into a single web service for provisioning, customer self-care and user management. Additionally, a ‘nomadism’ check was developed. This provides a real-time snapshot of network information and checks it against provisioned information to ensure that the correct customers are connected to the relevant 911 emergency dispatch centre.

The Challenge:To increase revenues and subscriber levels, a leading European mobile operator required a platform to extend its network to multiple MVNEs and MVNOs and provide each with real-time prepaid and post-paid mobile services.
The Solution:Artilium rapidly and cost-effectively implemented the Arta VNO Enabler, an integrated solution which connected 3 MVNEs and more than 27 MVNOs. The Artilium open architecture offers real-time control of subscription creation, prepaid and post-paid billing/charging, fraud detection and automated self-care via the web.

Incumbent Mobile Operator in Europe
The Challenge:The mobile operator required a platform to launch its first MVNO quickly, targeted at a large displaced community making calls to their home country. The MVNO wanted to offer prepaid phone cards to their customers to make calls to their home country for rates as low as local calls. The platform would be managed completely by a Tier-1 network systems integrator.
The Solution:Artilium deployed its MVNO solution, giving the mobile operator the ability to extend its network to new MVNOs safely. Additionally, the Artilium technology enables the Tier-1 Network Integrator with real-time control of the network on behalf of the operator and offers each MVNO the ability to create special subscriber offers and provide self-care management tools.
