Price variations based on customer status
ARTA enables the establishment of varying charges on customer accounts. For example, Friends and Family packages establish preferential rates based on telephone number sets that can be predefined by phone users
Time-based price variants
At certain hours, ARTA can rate calls at variants to standard network charges. For example, lower off-peak rates can be set on user accounts if required by tariff subscriptions.
Bundled discounting
The terms of bundled tariffs require reduced charges on initial call or SMS volumes. ARTA counts off allowed minutes, or text messages sent, and charges them at agreed lower tariff standards. It adjusts dynamically as the discounted volume is used and changes rating accordingly.
