Overview
The ARTA platform provides an online collaborative ecosystem and commercial marketplace that unites applications developers with operators, advertisers, brands, and service providers. AppLAB centralizes, harmonizes and structures cooperation, providing essential legal regulation and financial brokerage services to speed application time-to-market and safeguard payment.
AppLAB also provides the development infrastructure, tools and training to enable secure access to subscriber profile information, and control over diverse network functionality across operators via common Application Programming Interfaces. The value propositions for mobile operators are:

Functional Areas
AppLAB is divided into functional areas:
- Web Portal – provides the outside world view into AppLAB.

- Broker Services – provides the functionality required to simplify the financial, legal and process issues of connecting to a mobile network operator.
