Overview

In addition to the real-time and flexible rating and charging and its customer self-care services, the ARTA platform allows for mixing and matching prepaid and postpaid services according to need. This enables potential for branding and additional revenue opportunities for operators.

Real time flexibility in operations
  • The standards -free minutes, free SMS packages, bundles offers, cheaper calls, credit control, credit establishment and credit monitoring- are all matter of course;
  • ARTA logs and rates calls and other communications in real time;
  • Pricing, tariff creation and bundling are made simple via ARTA’s service creation environment;
  • Control over provisioning. Access to premium numbers can for example be restricted to certain hours or destinations.
Mixing and matching services

According to need prepaid services can be combined with postpaid accounts. For instance an adult can have a postpaid account with few limitations, but a child’s calls added to the parent account can be limited to a daily (or any other) credit configuration, just like a prepaid service.

Customer self-care

ARTA interfaces with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) options or via internet interfaces, diminishing the cost of customer support teams. Users can for example easily monitor their phone usage, opt-in for specific services and add credit through these interfaces.
